Embracing Growth & Challenges
 
Embracing growth and challenges is crucial for personal development and one of the key elements to living a life of fulfilment. When challenges present themselves in our lives we find ourselves at a crossroads. Presented with a multitude of options, we tend to pick the one which is the easiest due to the level of comfort it can offer us.
 
Changing a job can be daunting and uncomfortable, we may be comfortable with the people, the job itself and even the location. But you may have outgrown your role, being made redundant or just want a higher salary. In these circumstances, change feels forced upon us.
 
However, once we move away from what is familiar, and into the unknown new opportunities have the potential to manifest in our lives. New doors can be opened and inner growth and confidence can be found.
 
If we cultivate an awareness of perspective that life isn't happening to us, but for us we start to re-shape our reality. In this class we will explore examples of possibilities and opportunities that can come from embracing challenges, how embracing challenges can lead to a more fulfilling and empowering life, and why challenges enter our lives in the first place.
 
Using guided Meditation, Breathwork and Neurographic Art exercises we will go through a process of opening up your perception and receptivity to challenges, with a positive and powerful outlook. Making the appearances of change seem less overwhelming and more manageable.
 
GUIDANCE: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal by your side is good to take notes, or even a piece of paper.
 
Equipment needed:
 
- Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink)
- Paper (Size of your preference)
- Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons)
