Cultivating healthy relationships involves not only effective communication, mutual respect and trust but also a fundamental appreciation for oneself. Acknowledging your personal worth, practising self-care and maintaining healthy boundaries is a part of self - appreciation.
Nurturing a positive relationship with oneself through self - reflection, independence, and positive self-talk, encourages others to treat you in the same way. You become more authentic with others.
In this class we will be focusing on building and fostering a healthy relationship with ourselves, we will be working on creating love and respect by showing compassion and appreciation for the person we are today.
GUIDANCE: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal by your side is good to take notes, or even a piece of paper.
Equipment needed:
- Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink)
- Paper (Size of your preference)
- Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons)
