Healing the Bones and Muscles

Healing bones and muscles involves both scientific and spiritual perspectives for a comprehensive approach. Scientifically, bone healing begins with inflammation, followed by repair and remodelling, where new blood vessels and cartilage form, and osteoblasts produce new bone tissue.

Muscle healing follows a similar pattern, with satellite cells repairing damaged fibres and fibroblasts producing collagen to rebuild muscle tissue. Proper rehabilitation helps the muscle tissue regain its function over time.

Spiritually, healing focuses on energetic and emotional aspects. Practices like reiki and acupuncture aim to restore energy flow through the body's subtle systems, promoting balance and vitality.

Emotional healing through meditation and mindfulness addresses stress and unresolved trauma, facilitating the body's natural healing processes.

Integrating both perspectives allows for a holistic approach to well-being, recognising the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, and combining medical interventions with complementary therapies for optimal health and vitality.

In this class our focus will be on sending healing to our bones and muscles, using neurographic art as a practical tool to access our subconscious mind, we will look at changing our thought patterns, belief systems and current feelings around our bones and muscles.

Connecting to them and sending them healing energy and positivity. Affirmations can be very powerful, especially combined with other techniques and tools. We will be using Breathwork, Meditation, Affirmations and Neurographic art to convince and re-program our minds to believe that our bones and muscles are healthy, fit and strong.

We will also look into the metaphysical meaning behind dis-ease and when and where it may manifest in the body, what it may mean and how addressing the main cause of dis-ease can help remove any pain or trauma from the physical body.
