Recognising Imbalances Between the Masculine & Feminine

In this class, participants will explore the dynamic interplay between masculine and feminine energies, gaining insights into recognising imbalances and cultivating wisdom in decision-making processes.

We'll delve into how societal norms and personal experiences shape our understanding of masculinity and femininity and how to appreciate the strengths of both sides. Through discussions and exercises, you will learn how to discern when either energy is dominant or lacking, and the importance of integrating both for holistic decision-making.

Emphasis will be placed on developing the wisdom to be present in the moment, rather than relying solely on past experiences, when choosing whether to harness masculine or feminine traits in various situations.

By the end of the class, attendees should have a deeper understanding of how to navigate life's complexities with greater balance and insight, fostering personal growth and harmonious interactions.

We will be guiding you through a meditation, breath-work and Neurographic art exercise centred around bringing these energies into a positive unison.

GUIDANCE: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal by your side is good to take notes, or even a piece of paper.
