Removing Conditions Around Love
 
Unconditional love is a concept that means loving someone regardless of their actions, behaviours, or characteristics.This is a more open and accepting approach to relationships. This implies accepting individuals for who they are, flaws and all, without expecting them to meet certain criteria or behave in a particular way for love to be present.
 
I can come with an understanding that people are not always their behaviours, and although they may act or do a certain thing, it doesn't always mean that's who they really are. It could be circumstantial. 
 
Removing conditions around love can lead to healthier and more fulfilling relationships. It involves accepting the imperfections of others and appreciating the essence of their being rather than requiring them to conform to preconceived notions or expectations.
 
This concept is often associated with deep emotional connections, understanding, and compassion.
It's important to note that while striving for unconditional love is admirable, practical considerations, boundaries, and communication are also crucial in maintaining balanced and respectful relationships.
 
It doesn't mean tolerating harmful behaviour but rather fostering an environment of acceptance and understanding.
 
We will be working in this class to remove any conditions we have created around love, how we give it and how we receive it. Using Breathwork, Meditation and Neurographic art methods to guide you into shifting your perception around conditional love. 
 
GUIDANCE: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal by your side is good to take notes, or even a piece of paper. 
 
Equipment needed:
- Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink)
- Paper (Size of your preference)
- Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons)
