In this class we will be combining Neurographic Art, Breathwork, and Meditation to help you transform any Anxiety or Fear into Trust and Confidence. You'll express and transform your fears visually, mentally and emotionally, experiencing a sense of inner calm and assurance as you participate in this activity.

 

We will be going through the ways in which anxiety and fear can show up in our lives, the areas that stress and anxiety may be held and stored in our bodies, and what fear and anxiety actually represent from a higher perspective. Join us in this enriching class for a journey towards greater trust and confidence in navigating these common emotions.

 

GUIDANCE: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal at the side of you is recommended, in case you want to write down any of your feelings, emotions or memories which may surface during the class. 

 

Equipment needed:

- Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink)

- Paper (Size of your preference)

- Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons)
