Femininity typically encompasses qualities traditionally associated with women, though they extend beyond gender confines. 
 
Common characteristics of femininity include nurturing, embodying the capacity to care for and support others emotionally, physically, and psychologically; empathy, demonstrating sensitivity and understanding towards the emotions and experiences of others; intuition, relying on one's instincts and inner guidance; emotional expressiveness, feeling at ease with openly and authentically expressing emotions; creativity, engaging in artistic or imaginative pursuits, often driven by intuition and emotional depth; receptivity, being open to receiving and processing information, emotions, and experiences; and collaboration, placing value on cooperation and teamwork in relationships and endeavours. 
 
These traits aren't exclusive to any particular biological sex but are influenced by cultural norms and historical contexts. Individuals possess a blend of feminine and masculine traits regardless of their gender identity, and embracing this spectrum of qualities is essential for leading fulfilling and authentic lives.
 
In this class we will be guiding you on an inward journey to connect with your feminine energy. Regardless of your current gender, it is important to connect with both energies and bring them into balance. 
 
We will be using Meditation, breath-work and a guided Neurographic art exercise to work with the feminine energy, and gain deeper insight into it. Connecting to your own inner divine feminine. 
 
GUIDANCE: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal by your side is good to take notes, or even a piece of paper. 
 
Equipment needed:
- Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink)
- Paper (Size and colour of your preference)
- Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons)
