Over the next 4 weeks, we will be exploring goal setting in a much more deeper way. Helping you to align with your goals and feel closer to achieving them, with a more positive outlook on what steps to take, and giving you the confidence to make your goals and desires become a reality.
Using Neurographic Art as a tool for impacting your subconscious mind and allowing new, positive thoughts and beliefs to enter. We will also be using affirmations, breathwork and meditation to induce a state of relaxation.

GUIDANCE:
We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal by your side is good to take notes, or even a piece of paper.
Equipment needed
- Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink)
- Paper (Size and colour of your preference)
- Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons)
