From setting SMART goals to implementing effective strategies for overcoming obstacles, we'll equip ourselves with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the complexities of behaviour change with confidence and resilience.

 

Whether you're seeking to break free from negative habits, cultivate healthier routines, or understand your own power, this class will help you to change your thoughts, ideas and beliefs you may or may not hold around your personal power, and your belief in change. We will be using Neurographic art, Breathwork and Meditation to inspire change and a shift in perception and belief systems around your personal power.

 

Guidance: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal at the side of you is recommended, in case you want to write down any of your feelings, emotions or memories which may surface during the class. 

 

Equipment needed: 

- Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink)

- Paper (Size and colour of your preference) 

- Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons)
