Our Introduction To Neurographic Art Class

Embark on an exploration of Neurographic Art in our beginner's class. Where we delve into the science underpinning this transformative practice, learn the step-by-step artistic process, and uncover the diverse benefits for your well-being.

Whether you're a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, this class provides a foundational understanding of Neurographic Art's origins, mind-body connection, therapeutic aspects, and the joy of creative self-expression.

No prior artistic experience is required or necessary.

In this introduction we will focus our intentions on the year to come. With a guided breath work session and meditation to inspire relaxation, we will then begin our main Neurographic art exercise.

Creating a simple and straight-foward method that can be adapted to your own needs, we will be guiding you through the process of setting our own personal intentions for this class. These could be things you'd like to achieve, places you'd like to visit, things you'd like to do, areas in your life youd like to improve, or anything you feel is relevant for promoting positive wellbeing, or creating change and transformation in your life.

Please read: We would like to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during your class, so keeping a journal or piece of paper handy is a good idea. This way you can write notes as you are creating.

      Amazing class

This was my first neurographic art class so I didn't know what to expect. I really enjoyed it - a mix of relaxing, meditative & healing. I loved hearing about the background to neurogeaphicart & how Aralia have blended it into a unique approach.

I liked how the meditation made me feel aware & present - something I struggle with. Then they took us through thinking about our intentions. This was so helpful & very clear.

Then the drawing began & it was very relaxing, reflective and serene.
