Setting clear and healthy boundaries is an essential aspect of self-care and contributes to building positive, respectful, and fulfilling relationships both with yourself and others.

 

Most people struggle to say no to things, whether it's an invitation to go out with a friend, turning down overtime at work or being asked to do something by a family member. Honouring yourself in these moments is important, but it can feel uncomfortable, especially for someone who is used to putting others first.

 

In this class we will go over what it looks like to set health and clear boundaries, how to set them, and how we can politely say no. We will also explore the ways in which a lack of boundaries may originate from and understand the difference between healthy and unhealthy boundaries.

 

Using neurographic art, meditation and breathwork as tools to help you cultivate healthy boundaries in your life, we will guide you through a set of exercises designed to align your mind, body and soul into coherence.

 

GUIDANCE: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal by your side is good to take notes, or even a piece of paper.

 

Equipment needed:

- Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink)

- Paper (Size of your preference)

- Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons)
