This class will provide you with actionable techniques that will help you shift from stress to a state of calm. Through a combination of Meditation, Breathwork, and Neurographic Art you'll gain valuable tools that will help you manage stress effectively, and release it from your body.

 

You will be guided through a series of interactive and supportive exercises, where you'll learn how to cultivate a sense of calm amidst life's demands, and be able to foster a balanced and centred approach to everyday challenges that may arise.

 

We cover the causes of stress and why we get stressed, how and where it manifests in the physical, spiritual, mental and emotional bodies and techniques to combat stressful situations which may arise.

 

GUIDANCE: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal by your side is good to take notes, or even a piece of paper. 

 

Equipment needed:

- Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink)

- Paper (Size of your preference)

- Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons)
