MEMBERSHIPS (Subscription Based)

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied within the first 14 days of your membership, we offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Here are our terms and conditions:

Eligibility:

The 14-Day Money Back Guarantee is applicable to new memberships only. (This does not include theme packages)

To initiate a refund, you must request it within the first 14 days of your subscription.

Refund Process:

Contact us within the specified timeframe to express your dissatisfaction at info@araliastudios.co.uk. Provide a brief explanation of the reasons for your dissatisfaction, helping us understand how we can improve. Upon approval, a refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Conditions:

The 14-Day Money Back Guarantee applies solely to the first 14 days of your initial membership. Refunds are issued for the membership fee only and do not include additional charges, if any.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued for memberships beyond the initial 14-day period. For Monthly Membership Cancellations 3 days Notice is Required. If you forget to cancel your Monthly Membership before the notice period then you will be charged the full Monthly Amount. You will still have access to class recordings and online classes for that month, but access will stop after your membership end date is reached.

Automatic Renewal:

All memberships (Not including Theme Packages) will automatically renew unless a request to cancel has been put forward. This can be done on your account, or you can email us at info@araliastudios.co.uk. Payment will be taken if there has been no cancellation request. If you would like to stop automatic Renewal please let us know in advance (1 Months Notice for 6 and 12 Month memberships). Monthly memberships can be can cancelled up to 3 days before renewal.

Access to Classes and Recordings:

Access to classes and recordings starts from the date you signed up to our membership. You will have access to all the classes and recordings for the time period you are a member, including previous classes.

6 Month Memberships:

Refunds will not be issued for memberships beyond the initial 14-day period. For 6 Month Membership Cancellations 1 Months Notice is Required. If you forget to cancel your Monthly Membership before the notice period then you will be charged the full 6 Months of £150.00. You will still have access to class recordings and online classes for those 6 months, but access will stop after your membership end date is reached. Example: Your Membership Started in January - It ends in June, if you wanted to cancel your recurring 6 Month Membership then you will need to do so no later than the 1st of May. 6 Month Memberships can be cancelled anytime after the 14 days, although a refund will not be valid, it will however ensure that you are not charged the recurring payment after 6 months. You will still have access to all online classes and content for the duration of your 6 month membership.

12 Month Memberships:

Refunds will not be issued for memberships beyond the initial 14-day period. For Annual (12) Month Membership Cancellations 1 Months Notice is Required. If you forget to cancel your annual Membership before the notice period then you will be charged the full 12 Months of £300.00. You will still have access to class recordings and online classes for those 12 months, but access will stop after your membership end date is reached. Example: Your Membership Started in January - It ends in December if you wanted to cancel your recurring Annual (12) Month Membership then you will need to do so by the 1st of November at the latest. Annual Memberships can be cancelled at anytime after the 14 days, although as refund will not be valid, it will however, ensure that you are not charged the recurring payment. You will still have access to all online classes and content for the duration of your annual membership.

LIVE CLASS PURCHASES (Single Classes & Theme Packages)

Non Membership Purchases - One Time Class Purchase

We do not currently offer refunds for one time class purchases. Class Purchases include the live recording, so if you can't make the live class you can watch the catch-up. If you are purchasing one of our classes for the live version, please be aware of time zones, and ensure that you check this before purchasing.

Our time zone is GMT - Recordings will be available 24/7 after the class has been uploaded.

Theme Package Monthly Deals - Under Membership Page

We offer a 7 Day Money Back Guarantee for all Monthly Theme Packages - (Excluding Product Digital Downloaded Theme Packs). These theme packages are labelled - Theme Package 1 (Example) and will have the month above it. These are classed as LIVE Classes as they will not have all been published.

Digital Download Sales Policy for Aralia Studios

Refunds:

We do not currently offer refunds for single class purchases, or theme pack purchases. We do offer a one time exchange for our classes and theme packs. As long as they are the same price.

All digital downloads, including but not limited to artworks, guides, and any other downloadable content, are the intellectual property of Aralia Studios. These materials are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or resale of these digital products is strictly prohibited.

Link Sharing:

Our classes are uploaded onto a third party, private YOUTUBE channel. Unauthorised link sharing is prohibited and can be traced. Our classes are paid for and should not be redistributed for free.

Purchase Agreement:

By purchasing and downloading digital content from Aralia Studios, the buyer agrees to use the materials for personal, non-commercial use only. The buyer acknowledges that the content is for individual use and may not be shared, distributed, or resold in any form, whether modified or unmodified.

Licensing and Usage:

The purchase of digital downloads grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal purposes. This license does not grant any rights for commercial use, resale, or distribution.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Aralia Studios does not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products. Buyers are encouraged to carefully review product details before making a purchase.

Security and Privacy:

Aralia Studios is committed to maintaining the security and privacy of customer information. Personal details provided during the purchase process are securely handled and will not be shared with third parties.

Modification of Terms:

Aralia Studios reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Buyers are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any changes.
