Connecting With Your Life Force Energy invites you to explore and harness the vital energy that animates and sustains your well-being. In this class, we will guide you through various practices designed to enhance your awareness and connection with your life force, or chi, prana, and qi. Connecting with this energy can have profound benefits in our lives. When we align with our life force energy, we often experience increased vitality, improved health, and a greater sense of balance and harmony. This connection helps us feel more grounded and centred, enhances our ability to manage stress, and promotes emotional resilience. Practices that cultivate awareness of this energy, such as meditation, yoga, and breathwork, can lead to deeper self-awareness and a stronger sense of purpose. By tuning into and harmonising with our life force energy, we can unlock our potential, improve our overall quality of life, and achieve a greater sense of inner peace and fulfilment. We'll begin our class by incorporating mindfulness and meditation techniques to help you tune into the subtle sensations of energy within your body through focused breathing and relaxation. We will then be creating a neurographic art piece curated around this specific theme. During this class you will also become more aware of what our life force energy looks like, feels like, and how it can be used. Guidance: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during your class. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal or piece of paper on hand is a great way to write down notes, feelings and emotions that may come forward. Please remember that you can leave the Zoom session at any time. You're under no obligation to be on camera or audio; your participation level is entirely up to what feels right for you. We're here to create a supportive space, and your comfort is our priority. Equipment needed: - Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink) - Paper (Size and colour of your preference) - Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons) We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal at the side of you is recommended, in case you want to write down any of your feelings, emotions or memories which may surface during the class.
