In this class, we will explore practical techniques and strategies to maintain and protect your vital energy. This class will guide you through methods to safeguard and enhance your life force, ensuring sustained vitality and well-being. We’ll cover a range of practices designed to preserve and optimise your energy, including mindfulness and meditation to reduce stress and prevent energy drain. You’ll learn about the importance of balanced nutrition and hydration in supporting your energy levels, as well as techniques for managing emotional well-being and fostering positive relationships. Additionally, we’ll explore how physical practices like yoga, Tai Chi, and breathwork can strengthen and preserve your life force. By understanding and implementing these strategies, you’ll develop tools to protect your energy from external and internal challenges, creating a stable foundation for overall health and personal growth. Using neurographic art as a tool to help you discover how to nurture and sustain your life force energy for a more vibrant and balanced life. Guidance: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during your class. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal or piece of paper on hand is a great way to write down notes, feelings and emotions that may come forward. Please remember that you can leave the Zoom session at any time. You're under no obligation to be on camera or audio; your participation level is entirely up to what feels right for you. We're here to create a supportive space, and your comfort is our priority. Equipment needed: - Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink) - Paper (Size and colour of your preference) - Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons) We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal at the side of you is recommended, in case you want to write down any of your feelings, emotions or memories which may surface during the class.
