Class Description

During this class, we will show you how to use your life force energy and provide practical insights into harnessing and directing your vital energy—chi, prana, or qi—to enhance various aspects of your life. This class will guide you in applying your life force energy for physical healing, emotional and mental well-being, and creative expression. We’ll explore how to use life force energy in energy healing practices such as Reiki, sound frequency and meditation techniques to support physical health. You'll also learn how to direct this energy towards improving nutrition, exercise, and overall vitality. For emotional and mental clarity, we’ll help you to discover how to use energy to release blockages, enhance focus, and support mental well-being through mindfulness and meditation. Additionally, you’ll learn how to channel life force energy into creative projects, innovative thinking, and spiritual growth. We’ll cover techniques for fostering deeper connections with nature, strengthening relationships, and manifesting your goals through visualisation and affirmations. By incorporating these practices, you can cultivate a more balanced, vibrant life and achieve greater well-being and fulfilment. Through a guided meditation, breathwork and neurographic art class we will create a pathway to your subconscious mind and align it with your energy body, and energy centres. Guidance: We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during your class. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal or piece of paper on hand is a great way to write down notes, feelings and emotions that may come forward. Please remember that you can leave the Zoom session at any time. You're under no obligation to be on camera or audio; your participation level is entirely up to what feels right for you. We're here to create a supportive space, and your comfort is our priority. Equipment needed: - Pen of your personal preference (Sharpie, fine liner, marker pen, gel pen, ink) - Paper (Size and colour of your preference) - Colouring Equipment of your preference (Crayons, Felt tips, Coloured Pens, Watercolour, Chalk, Wax Crayons) We want to gently acknowledge that emotions may surface during our exploration. It's important to prioritise your comfort and well-being. Keeping a journal at the side of you is recommended, in case you want to write down any of your feelings, emotions or memories which may surface during the class.
